Before your order ships, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to verify, pick, and pack your items. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. Tracking Your Order

4. Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the shipment or change the delivery address.
- Possible Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause minor delays.
- Processing vs. Transit: Please remember that "Shipping Time" begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
