TheViviland Ads Reporting Workbench — Privacy Notice

About this application

TheViviland Ads Reporting Workbench is an internal reporting application for the owner of TheViviland, whose storefront is https://theviviland.com/. The private workbench is hosted at https://sayjonny.com/ and requires the owner's authenticated login. It is not a public service for other advertisers.

The Pinterest integration is connected through the account owner's authorization and retrieves data from the business's own advertising account. This notice describes the data practices of that integration.

Data accessed and purpose

With the account owner's authorization, the application uses Pinterest API v5 to read the business's own advertising account information, campaign catalog and daily performance reports. These reports include spend, paid impressions and outbound clicks. Pinterest-attributed checkout metrics are displayed only when returned by the API; missing metrics remain unknown.

The information is used to display internal advertising reports and trends. Pinterest attribution is identified separately from store orders. The application does not request access to other users' advertising accounts, organic Pins or Boards, or individual customer records through this integration.

Authorization and security

The application uses Pinterest's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow with only the read-only ads:read scope. It does not ask for or collect Pinterest passwords or browser session cookies. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept on the private backend, not embedded in public website code. Reporting access is restricted to the authenticated owner.

The application will not create or edit advertising campaigns, change budgets, or publish content.

Storage and sharing

Only campaign analytics information permitted by Pinterest will be retained for internal reporting. Other API response data will not be retained except as necessary for authorized access and as permitted by Pinterest's terms. Cached analytics will be retained only while needed for the owner's reporting purposes, subject to applicable Pinterest requirements.

Pinterest data will not be sold, published, shared with other advertisers, used to train AI models, or used to build audiences or personal profiles. Data will be processed using the private workbench's hosting infrastructure. Disclosure will be limited to what is necessary to operate the application or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Disconnecting and deleting data

The owner can revoke the application's access through Pinterest. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval but does not by itself delete an existing report cache. To request disconnection or deletion of stored application data, contact the address below. Requests will be handled manually; the application does not currently offer an automated deletion interface. Stored authorization tokens and cached reports will be removed following a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
